About Cheryl

Cheryl joined our family nearly 9 years ago. From her first week with us I knew that she was different from most of the other pat-time nannies we'd had. She was able to anticipate both my needs and the needs of my younger son, who was 3 at the time. I felt 100% supported by her. Additionally she was able to gain the respect of my teenager, as well as help me understand "normal teenage boy behavior." Although she was not technically hired to babysit our older son, she always kept a watchful eye on him when she was in our home, and discretely alerted us if she felt anything was amiss. With our younger son, she has been nothing short of a family member. Cheryl keeps him engaged both mentally and physically, covering the gamut from supervising swimming in our pool to pitching the whiffle ball in the back yard. She has monitored homework, played board games, baked and helped organize craft projects. She takes him to activities and always stays on site until he is finished.
