I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. My approach is rooted in compassion and respect for each person's independence. I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I'm motivated by previous positive experiences and supporting families. I'm friendly, approachable, and calm. I find great fulfillment in making a positive impact.
