I have spent more than 20 years caring for children and supporting families. Caring for children is more than a profession for me it is my calling. My experience includes infants, toddlers, school-aged children, and children with medical and developmental needs. I am known for creating calm, nurturing environments where children and parents feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow. My perspective as a caregiver was deeply shaped when my daughter was diagnosed with cancer at age six. Walking beside her through treatment and recovery taught me resilience, patience, compassion, and the importance of being a steady presence during difficult times as well as the good ones. Families often describe me as dependable, intuitive, kind, and deeply invested in the well-being of the children in my care. I believe children learn through connection, consistency, and example, and I strive to model kindness, empathy, respect, and integrity every day.

Cheryl cared our premise baby from when he was 3mths old to 4yrs (we moved out to another state). She was a second mom to him and a dear friend to us. From anticipating and caring for his very need (did, clothes,etc.) to structuring activities Montessori style and reading to him, Cheryl was the best. She was a wonderful house manager partnering with us to ensure a safe , clean and happy home for all of us. She guided us as unsure first time parents through all situations (from sleep training to surviving medical situations and surgeries for our son). She is punctual, diligent, hard-working and simply the best caretaker we could’ve ever wished for. We miss her and any family who she decides to partner with and work for is super lucky!!
