About Cheryl

I have always enjoyed working with people. In my role as a mental health counselor, I have found deep joy creating strong relationships with my clients and helping them achieve their goals. I like learning about people; hearing their stories and life experiences and finding a shared connection. My interpersonal style is to lead with kindness, compassion, and a sense of humor. I genuinely love helping people and I think this translates well to working with elders in my community. I am available for part-time work that includes transportation, light housework, companionship, errands etc. I know how important it is to have a trusted person caring for your family member and I am ready to serve in this capacity.
