About Cherokee

I'd describe my personality as fun, calming, and caring I like working with kids because we as adults have the ability to shape the next generation and I love being able to help with that. I'm looking for a job that is a non-toxic environment where there is boundaries and communication. However, someone that isn't too strict where I am being micromanaged. I started working with kids when I started a summer internship in high school where I was a teacher's assistant for first-graders. Also, I have some experience working with kids through DSS since I have a degree in Social Work. In my spare time, I like to read, go on walks, watch tv, listen to music, bake, and travel. My skills include patience, adaptability, and active listening.
