About Cheri

I am a retired high school science teacher with 13 years of public education experience. I have also worked as a church youth leader (3 years), and a public Health Department Sanitarian (6 years). Education doesn't always need to take place in the classroom. I have successfully served as a 4-H advisor to a group that was folding due to lack of participation. I took the group from a membership of two families to a club with 26 youth of various ages. If you look up on Google, Cheri Goggin Berkshire high School, you will find I have earned several awards for the ways I have taught high school kids the concepts of science. I motto is If it's not fun don't do it. For fun, we have a small hobby farm with lots of farm animals and have trained and shown dogs for 40 years.
