Cherardi has worked for us for almost 2 years on and off (only because our child care needs have changed). She began working for us when our daughter was 3 months old and at 22 months our daughter adores her and asks for her when she isn't there. Cherardi takes direction well and entertains our daughter with trips to various places around the city and songs and games at home.
