About Chelssa

Hi families! My name is Chelsea, and I have over 10 years of experience caring for children of all ages -- from infants to teens -- in daycare, after-school programs, summer camps, and home care. I am PCA certified and experienced in caring for children with disabilities, special needs, and those who are sick. To stay current, I complete a 30-hour training course with the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) every two years, which keeps me up to date on the latest childcare rules, safety regulations, and new strategies for supporting children's growth and development. Parents can count on me to bring patience, dependability, and compassion into every child's routine. I enjoy engaging kids with arts & crafts, outdoor play, educational activities, and homework help, while creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
