About Chelsey

Hello! My name is Chelsey, and I'm a 37-year-old mother of a wonderful 15-year-old. I've been a licensed cosmetologist for 19 years and have loved every moment of connecting with people and helping them feel their best. I grew up in a Christian household where caring for others was always part of life. I started babysitting at 13, taught Sunday school for 2-3-year-olds, and helped care for my grandmother who had dementia. Later, I worked as a stylist at an adult day care center for dementia patients while also running my own salon business. Due to an injury, I no longer do hair full time, and my family and I recently moved to Freeport. I'm now looking for ways to be of help in the community -- whether that's spending time with children or seniors, helping with cooking, cleaning, errands, or simply offering a friendly face and caring hands. I'm very outgoing, dependable, and love building positive relationships wherever I go.
