I was searching for a caregiver to help my mom and found Chelsee through Care.com. She responded to my post quickly, and we were able to schedule a phone call right away. Not long after, she came to meet our family in person—and I was immediately impressed by her genuine compassion, enthusiasm, and confidence in her abilities. It was clear she had extensive experience, which was exactly what we needed. My mom requires assistance with bathing and transferring in and out of her wheelchair, and Chelsee handled these tasks with both skill and kindness. One of the things I appreciate most about Chelsee is her communication. She always lets us know in advance if she can’t make a shift and does her best to make up for any time missed. She’s gone above and beyond—once even coming in early so my dad could take our dog to the vet. Her positive energy has brought a much-needed sense of warmth and brightness to our home—something we talked about before she started, and something she’s consistently delivered. For anyone who has worked with multiple caregivers, you know how hard it can be to find someone who not only does the job well but truly cares—and brings positivity into your space every single day. Chelsee is that person. She has become a wonderful part of our family, and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
