Hi families! I'm Chelsea, 32 years old, with nearly 20 years of childcare and nannying experience. I began at a young age, and caring for kids has been a lifelong passion of mine. Over the years, I've supported families with children of all ages from newborns to preteens. I love creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for every stage of growth. Currently, I am offering substitute nanny care for families who already have a nanny but need backup during PTO or scheduling conflicts. Chelsea was our full time nanny over the last 12 months. She's a dream come true and became a true member of the family. She's everything you want in a nanny - gentle but disciplined, creative but active, clean but willing to get messy, independent but takes direction. It breaks our heart to see her find a new family, but our recent move to the city created a very burdensome commute.
