Hello, I'm Chelsea and thanks for considering my profile. As a licensed NICU RN with 15+ years of childcare experience, I've found my passion in nurturing young minds and fostering their personal development. My background in nursing complements my caregiving approach, ensuring the well-being and safety of those in my care. I'm available for overnight and day time childcare. What I offer is intentional and personal childcare rooted in developmentally appropriate educational activities. I incorporate the use of basic toddler sign language, math, and reading materials. I strive to build strong relationships with both children and parents. I keep parents updated on their child's day and any concerns that may arise.
