Hello! My name is Chelsea, and I am 19 years old. I am currently a third year college student studying Psychology and Economics with a minor in Law and Policy. My journey of taking care of kids began during the pandemic, I took care of my cousins for 6 days a week starting from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. They were aged 2 and 12 at the time. Later on my sister had my nephew who recently just turned 1 years old, this has allowed me to gain experience on how to take care of newborns/infants. My experience of caring for children has continued to develop as I have taken multiple courses relating to early childhood development. Besides babysitting, I have also worked as a tutor for elementary and middle school children at the Equity Project Charter School. Therefore, I have experience with elementary-middle school math, science, and ELA. Along with that I am capable of teaching language as I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese!
