I met Chelsea through our church nursery where she watched my son. When we asked her to watch my then 10month old for occasional date nights, she showed up above and beyond for us. She cleans, constantly finds fun age appropriate things for my son to learn and play, and has become a real part of the family. When my son got older, she came on as a part time nanny working a few days a week. She has a daughter of her own and she shows she's able to connect with my son and help build social skills for their age group which is not an easy task post covid. I loved seeing the connection between the kids while Chelsea was able to be with them both. My son is now 2.5 and she has become an intricate part of the family. I am now a SAHM and don't need her as often, but any family would be blessed to have her.
