About Chelsea

My first word was "cat" because of my attachment to our family feline, Mystery. This first utterance foretold a life-long love of animals. Throughout high school, I volunteered at the local Humane Society and one of my first full-time jobs was Dog Rescue attendant. At 20, I adopted my first dog -- a dachshund named Leelu -- and she was my steadfast companion for 14 years. I now have a 3 yr. old lab-australian Shepard mix -- Gidget. Both of my girls have taught me invaluable lessons about dog care; specifically, I've learned a lot about different breed personalities and needs, puppy training and enrichment, senior dog care, and limited mobility dog care. I aspire to be the best dog mom possible and I will bring that same energy and commitment to working with your pet.
