About Chelsea

Nurturing young minds is my greatest passion. My positive experiences babysitting led me to dedicate the last 10 years to childcare. I hold a college degree and have completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development coursework. I am comfortable caring for one child, ages 0-11. I also have an endorsement for special education with strong focus on children with autism. I am friendly, but firm. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I believe in natural consequences and will follow the parents preferences. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, typically verbal communication at pickup. I am can do some cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I have First Aid Training and CPR Training. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and creating art. I am a certified teacher. Currently working full time as a blended PreK teacher. I look forward to connecting with you and your child!
