I'm passionate about helping students unlock their full potential. For the past four years, I've been a tutor, focusing on building confidence and a genuine love for learning in elementary and middle school students. I believe in personalized support, tailoring my approach to each student's unique learning style through active listening, varied teaching strategies, and regular parental check-ins. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrate small successes, and encourage curiosity. Communication is key: I provide regular updates to parents, fostering a collaborative environment. The most rewarding part of tutoring is witnessing those "aha!" moments and seeing a student's confidence soar. I have a high school degree and can help with Math, English, Science, Test Preparation, Art, Music & Drama, and Study Skills. I am comfortable tutoring at a student's home, a teacher's home, online, or at the library. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
