Hello! I'm Chelsea -- a former special education teacher and nanny, with a Master's in Education and years of preschool teaching experience. I believe that behavior is communication and that children learn best through play, positive engagement, and meaningful connection. My approach is rooted in patience, kindness, and clear, loving boundaries that help foster independence and confidence. I have a flexible schedule and strive to bring a calm and creative presence. I love incorporating art, outdoor activities, and hands-on learning into each day. A bit about me: I love art, books, and spending time outdoors. I live with my dog, my cat, and my husband. We don't have kids yet, but working with children has always been my passion. I'd love to connect!
