About Chelsea

Hi! I have more than 20 years experience caring for children from 3 months to 14 years of age (including twins!). Over the years, I have concurrently pursued other professional experiences but the nanny profession has my heart. Working with children is rewarding, interesting, and challenging in different ways from other professional jobs. Cultivating positive human relationships, nurturing, teaching and playing are all unique aspects of this position. I am a positive role-model who is caring, responsible, hard-working, honest, loyal, intelligent, creative, and fun. My caregiving approach has always been to be a compliment to the parent's childcare style. Maintaining consistency while contributing to an overall loving, nurturing and teaching environment is so important. I have seen that children thrive with gentle yet consistent structure and guidance. To be one of the primary caregivers for a child is a responsibility to the child and the family which I fully recognize and welcome.
