Hi families, I'm Chelsea, a 30-year-old entrepreneur who is in the process of enlisting in the Military after October 2026.

My first experience dates back to my childhood in my home country, where older sisters were responsible for looking after the little ones while adults attended to other household duties. This became one of my primary responsibilities at home. As I grew up, I chose to pursue babysitting and I have worked as an au pair for two years with three different families in the United States. Subsequently, I continued to broaden my experience, working with more families while simultaneously pursuing my studies.

I consider myself a patient and adaptable person who enjoys working with children, carrying out my tasks with dedication and commitment. Priority is given to children's safety and well-being, with a secondary focus on motor abilities, developmental activities, and ensuring a fun environment.

Chelsea is absolutely incredible. She has been working with my 2 year old B. for the past 8 months and he is obsessed with her! She does arts and crafts, reads books and teaches him words. I have seen all of his skills improve tremendously over the time we’ve had with her. We are moving back to Canada so we won’t be able to keep her but highly recommend hiring her. If you need to talk directly to me and ask questions I’m more than happy to do so! 

Chelsea has been an incredible resource for our family. I can’t say enough good things about her - my kids love her, she is always punctual, she is responsible and mature. Chelsea is an exceptional babysitter who has been an absolute blessing to our family! She has a heart of gold and a caring nature that immediately put us at ease. Not only did she provide top-notch care for our little one, but she also went above and beyond to support his development.

Chelsea was instrumental in helping our baby with feeding, fine motor skills, crawling, and even climbing! Her patience, encouragement, and play-based approach helped our baby reach new milestones and build confidence. We were amazed by the progress our baby made under Chelsea&#39;s care, from 6 months old to 9 months old. 

What sets Chelsea apart is her genuine love for children and her ability to tailor her care to meet their unique needs. She is reliable, trustworthy, and communicates effectively, keeping us informed about our baby&#39;s daily activities and achievements.

Chelsea was also super adaptable and learned quickly. She understood our parenting style philosophies as well as the apps we used for our baby. For example, we used the app to track our baby’s sleeping, feeding, and more. Chelsea understood the app with ease and logged every nap time, bottle feed, solid food meal, and diaper change with precision and detail. 

We cannot recommend Chelsea highly enough! If you&#39;re looking for a caring, skilled, and dedicated babysitter who will nurture and support your child&#39;s growth, look no further than Chelsea. She is truly a gem! 

You will not find a better caregiver than Chelsea. She worked with my family as a nanny to my then 3 month old. She is patient and kind, great with our dogs, and a joy to be around. She helped us transition our baby to independent sleep and always left our home clean and tidy. I wish that I could have kept her on forever, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best nanny in the world. 

Chelsea has been with us for over a year and a half. She took care of my four kids as if they were her own. She was my right hand for the time she was with us. She is now part of the family . Anyone that hires her will be blessed with her assistance. 

Chelsea has watched our infant (now 1) for several months nearly full-time. She's great at planning developmentally-appropriate activities and even takes the initiative to get items and supplies for fun crafts.

She also watches our preschooler when he's out of school and we really appreciate her flexibility to help out.

Chelsea was such a great addition to our family! It took us so long to find her and then our preschool called... We are heartbroken to see her go as she was such an excellent nanny to our 1-year-old son. Very hands-on, always doing activities with him, helping with light housekeeping, and a fantastic cook! She was very receptive to our needs and suggestions and always had a positive attitude. I'm saddened to lose her, but I know she will accomplish great things in life!

Chelsea has been with our family for four months now and we could not ask for a better caregiver. She is AMAZING! I have two young ones (7 year old and 5 year old) -- they can be a handful but Chelsea is very patient and caring with them. She is also very proactive when it comes to light housework around the house, which is a big plus! We are busy parents who work long hours. Chelsea helps us keep our heads above water by taking care of picking up the kids, practicing piano with our daughter after school, and handling light housework. We have been so blessed to have her!

We finally found an amazing nanny and we are moving!!!  I wish we could take Chelsea with us.  She is so kind and patient with our children, and ensures they have fun!  These are incredibly stressful times, with our 9 and 7yo doing distance learning.  Chelsea supports them with this, all while taking such great care of the 2yo at the same time.  Also, our 7yo is borderline ODD with severe anxiety issues.  He is not easy to care for, but Chelsea doesn't blink an eye at his behaviors.  Oh, and somehow she finds time to tidy things up.  I wish I could take her with us. I highly recommend her!

Chelsea has been a real blessing to our family. Our 3 kids (1st, 2nd and 4th grade) are in online elementary school using the Edgenuity platform. They were several weeks into their classes when Chelsea stepped-in to facilitate their learning. The transition was seamless. She helps navigate the kids' learning, keeps them on task and on schedule, helps them turn in assignments, teaches them Spanish and keeps track of their various video calls. She does all of this while also helping the kids with their meals, straighten up after themselves and get a long with each other as much as possible! :)
She is communicative and creative. She is calm, but firm when needed. 
Our kids enjoy their school days more now then they have all school year and look forward to their days with Chelsea. 

She is on time. She wears her mask without reminders. She brings games and fun activities for the kids. She's flexible. 

Chelsea is the ideal nanny and we'd recommend her to anyone.

Chelsea has been watching my two boys and doing distance learning with them . One of my children has autism and she has been phenomenal following his behavior plan and all the protocols in place. She engages with the children during downtime and always has them actively involved in an activity. When it comes to distance learning she makes sure both boys have all assignments completed and she is very thorough. I HIGHLY recommend her!
