About Chelsea

Hello, I have been in the childcare field for over 10 years. I have worked with babies - preschool age and have been a teacher at an elementary school for the past 6 years working with all ages up to 5th grade. I have my bachelors degree and masters degree both in education. I have a 2-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old son. I left the teaching field to be home with my daughter. I am looking to provide a safe and fun environment at my house for 1-2 children during the day. I hope to find a great family to work with and use my flexibility and experience to help out whenever needed. I hold an IVP fingerprint clearance card, teaching certificate, and I am CPR certified. As a teacher I understand the importance of incorporating learning and play. I love singing, dancing, reading, arts and crafts, games, and more. I will make your child's time with me fun and educational! I have excellent references available and would love to be an important part of you and your child's life!
