I'm a nurturing and experienced caregiver with over three years of hands-on experience working with children from 3 months to 5 years old. My background as a teacher's aide has given me a strong foundation in early childhood development, and I'm passionate about helping little ones feel safe, seen, and supported as they grow. I believe in open, respectful communication with parents and am happy to share updates, photos, or videos throughout the day when time allows. I also value in-person check-ins and want you to feel confident that your child is in good hands. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules with kindness and consistency, using positive language and gentle redirection. I enjoy all kinds of play; sensory activities, outdoor fun, creative projects and I believe child-led play is one of the most powerful ways for kids to learn and build confidence. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, receptive bilingual in Spanish, assist with light housekeeping and pet friendly.
