I believe our job as a nanny is to provide patient, loving care to the children and be an extension of positive parenting. I prefer engaging with the children from art projects to taking them swimming (used to be a Swim Instructor for 4 years). I also believe in minimal screen time unless it's educational or an occasional treat. I have references of 2 families I am currently working with. Seeking about 15 more weekly hours in the morning or weekends. Happy to do a trial day/ week as well! Looking for one more family to vibe with!
