About Chelsea

Hi I am Chelsea, a caregiver with over 20 years of dedicated service across Washington and Wisconsin. Including a six-year nanny position for four children, childcare centers, in-home facilities, and specialized care for children and adults with special needs in their homes. Since moving to Superior, WI in 2019, I have earned a degree in Early Childhood Education and served as a local preschool teacher. I am now hoping to use this experience to provide a more personalized, one-on-one care experience. My personal philosophy is grounded in hands-on learning. I believe children thrive through play, observation, and active participation. By providing a nurturing environment that respects their individual strengths and interests, I aim to foster curiosity and develop confident, independent thinkers at their own pace. While working my way back to childcare I also worked as a groomer, cleaner, personal assistant and executive assistant. I would love to be able to help with anything you have!
