Learning comes alive when it's engaging and supportive, and that's exactly the environment I strive to create. I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I vary my teaching strategies, using visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. Open communication helps me understand what works best for you. Connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrating small successes keeps students motivated. Communication is essential for understanding needs, progress, and setting clear expectations. Regular updates help parents stay informed and reinforce learning at home. The most rewarding aspect is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment. I hold a high school degree. I am comfortable with pets and have a car. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I can help with Math, English, Science, Test Preparation, Art, Music & Drama, Study Skills, and History at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels.
