I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion with care, and de-escalate stressful situations. I am patient, compassionate, and prioritize creating a comfortable environment. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following your preferred method. I also have experience with mobility assistance, physical activity, dementia, and medical management. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
