HI, My name is Chelsea. I am 24 years of age and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago. I am currently a stay at home mom but my ultimate passion is working with children. For as long as I remember I have loved working with kids of all ages. At a young age I began babysitting for family and friends of family as well. I proceeded to take on my love for children by volunteering in after school programs in middle school with helping children with special needs. I had the privilege to watch and help most of them to grow into young adults, and see them continue on to high school too. When I got to high school I again voluntarily gave my time to the kindergarten class that we had in my school. Everyday I would help the kids to read, write, play, do arts and crafts, and just ultimately enjoy learning. I am looking for a position that would allow me to bring my son along. I am a great worker and I do very well with children. It would be my absolute pleasure to work with YOU!!

Chelsea has always been a very responsible person. From a very early age she has exhibited leadership qualities whether it be with her friends, relatives or peers at church. She always takes the initiative when it comes to goals and responsibilities. From a very young age Chelsea has shown an affinity for children. When she was old enough, she began to babysit and was in high demand among family, friends and those that were referred to her for child care services. Her love for children translated into her education goal when she entered college with the desire of becoming a pediatrician. Personally I've seen how great Chelsea is with children as I have a five year old god daughter, who she has helped care since she was six months old. Any family that chooses Chelsea to care for their (child)ren will be very pleased with the decision of having her be a part of their child care village.
