About Chelsea

Hello! My name is Chelsea. I have my Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Elementary Education. I also have my Master's in Elementary Education. I went to Kutztown for both my degrees. I began my teaching career at Behavioral Health Associates working in an Autistic Support classroom for 3 years. I eventually found a job working in the Palmerton Area School District as a learning support teacher. I am well versed in finding different ways to help a student learn and how to accommodate their needs (not all students learn the same)! It will be my 5th year at Palmerton. I have also worked at the SHINE program which focuses on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math). Being a teacher and watching my students excel brings me a lot of joy. I truly enjoy what I do and I hope I can help your child achieve their goals!
