About Chellsie

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience, I specialize in Math, English, Test Preparation, Business, and Study Skills for elementary through high school students. I believe every learner possesses unique strengths, and I cultivate these by fostering confidence rather than rote memorization. I adapt my methods by observing how you engage with new material, utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to make complex topics relatable. Because I have experience supporting students with special education needs, I create a patient, supportive environment tailored to your specific goals. I prioritize clear communication with families to ensure we are always working as a team. Nothing brings me more joy than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I truly look forward to helping you grow and succeed in your academic journey.
