Hi there! My name is Chell (pronounced Shell) and I've been involved in childcare for over 10 years. I took a break from nannying to attend college but then spent 2 years working in pediatric healthcare. I have plenty of experience with infants and young children and with special needs kids as well. The last family I nannied for kept me around for 3 years, with two special needs kiddos. I am passionate about childhood development through my work in pediateic healthcare. I'm very attentive to routines and am flexible with a families hectic schedule. I do currently work a full time job Monday through Friday, but I am available Mondays and Fridays after 4:30, and all day on the weekends. More about me: I'm 24 and born and raised in Kodiak, AK.
