Hi! My name is Chelci, and I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a heart for helping kids thrive. I currently work with children with Autism, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that focus on building life skills and independence in a fun and supportive way. I've been in the ABA field for 7 years and I have over 15 years of experience working with children through preschools, daycares, church programs, camps, and volunteer work. I truly love what I do and pride myself on being patient, dependable, and attentive to each child's individual needs.
