About Chealsy

Hello! My name is Chealsy, and I am looking to be your next caregiver! I am currently working as a kindergarten assistant teacher at a kindergarten academy. I have been working at this facility since July of 2022. I am currently responsible for teaching the alphabet, numbers, counting to 100, letter sounds, and beginners math. Previously I was working as a preschool teacher. I started in this industry in 2020 as a preschool floater. In this position, I gained experience working with all ages. I had experience with infants-12 years old. In the infant room, I was responsible for keeping a safe environment, practicing safe sleep, bottle feeding, and starting the educational play aspect of things. I also had experience with all other ages, teaching how to play safely with friends and also educational play. In 2021 I became the lead teacher in a 3-year-old classroom. I gained even more experience with everything I said before, along with experience working with children on the spectrum.
