A parent did not want to discuss the details of compensation of the recurring job up front (at the end of a trial visit) and treated me unkindly when I had questions, so I did not want to return. Therefore, they retaliated by leaving an untrue review.

Chayla was nice at first, but closer to the end became very pushy in regard to us committing to her expectations and payment schedule, which I said we will reflect on and let her know. It was bedtime for our toddler and he gets fussy, which I explained it to her, yet she went on and on talking about how we need to pay for her future hours whether or not she would deliver her services in the future like a monthly subscription commitment. She was inconsiderate to our schedule and it felt intrusive
