Friendly, flexible, optimistic I like caring for seniors because I think it's important that they are getting both physical and emotional needs met. This population is vulnerable to isolation and I would like to provide emotional support alongside tangible needs. I'm looking for a job that I can provide practical help in errand running or things that need to be done around the house, as well an opportunity to provide mental stimulation, emotional support, and social engagement. I spent about a year caring for senior women before pursuing my masters degree in metal health counseling. I had worked with seniors in a counseling capacity for the last 4 years. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my friends and family, read, cross stitch, and watch television. One thing you should know about me is I am deeply empathetic and have a passion for helping and caring for people.
