About Chavonni

From a young age, I've found immense joy in nurturing children. My experiences babysitting, including my time at a The Goddard school in North Carolina, solidified my passion for supporting families. For the past three years, I've been an independent caregiver, working with children from infancy to age 11. I hold a bachelors degree in criminal justice and an MSW. I recently relocated to the DC area. I'm comfortable caring for up to 3 children, and I enjoy engaging them with board games, puzzles, and creative arts and crafts. I am patient, creative, and friendly, and I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicating about their child's day. Light housekeeping and crafts are tasks I'm happy to help with. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. Knowing I can make a positive impact while providing reliable care brings me great satisfaction, and I look forward to building trusting relationships with your family.
