Very punctual, communicative, and flexible with time. Got along with the kids well. I would definitely rehire her in a heartbeat. My boys even asked when is she coming back. She was also reliable enough to pick up the boys for us and bring them home. Even though it was her first time using car seats her number one priority was safety and for that I was able to work with a piece of mind.
