Making a difference in people's lives is my calling. For the past three years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors, fostering their independence and well-being. My experience has instilled in me the importance of patience and empathy, qualities I bring to every interaction. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with compassion. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing regular updates on their loved one's well-being. Creating a comfortable environment is paramount to building a strong connection.
