Hi! I'm Chase! I have worked with kids for many years, from children's librarian to preschool teacher to private nanny. One of my favorite things in the world is watching young people learn and grow. I understand that it can sometimes be hard to leave your child in someone else's care, especially if this is your first time being a parent, so I make it a priority to take plenty of photos and keep you updated at all times about what we're up to, what activities we're engaged in, and what milestones your child is approaching so you can be there for those most special moments. I develop a close relationship with families I work with - I'm excited to get to know yours! Available beginning August 1st 2026.
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Chase for the past 2.5 years or so. She is an exceptional nanny + human being. She and I worked in the same neighborhood as nannies for about 2 years. Our nanny kiddos were best buddies + I spent countless hours alongside her watching her interact with her nanny kiddo. Chase is patient, prepared, responsible, active, engaged, and a deeply good person. Any family would be extremely fortunate to have her support in raising their tiny humans. Chase brings many strengths to her caregiving: -She is extremely patient. I’ve never seen her get flustered or frustrated with her charge (even in extremely frustrating moments). -She interacts with children with the deepest of respect and a consent-based approach. She explains the WHY behind rules so the child can understand. She also calmly + patiently talks children through emotionally intense moments. -Chase follows the child’s interests + makes space for them. She educates herself so that she can explain things to the child + checks out books from the library to give visuals. -Chase facilitates the child’s relationship with their community + neighbors. She helps the child to have positive interactions with local librarians, workers at the corner store, folks at the neighborhood park, people walking their dogs, and other neighborhood children. -Chase sees the whole city as something to experience + enjoy with her charge. She is very active. She has taken her charge on field trips to Chinatown (to get dim sum + see the stone lions), to visit the Liberty Bell, to get sushi, and visited various museums (the Constitution Center, a firefighter museum). She organized sledding excursions and a mulberry picking excursion. She also regularly picks up her charge from school + has taken her to a gymnastics class, yoga class, + ballet class. -Chase is always prepared. She carries a massive backpack that is always stocked with bandaids, toys, sunscreen + snacks. Whatever the scenario requires—she is ready. -Chase regularly bakes + cooks—and authentically involves the child in each step. She understands that the process might be messy because that’s how children learn. Her charge is extremely confident in the kitchen and has significant kitchen skills. They also regularly do art + craft projects.
