I’ve got to give a big shoutout to Charnika—she was seriously amazing. She was super patient and helpful from start to finish. My mom can be a little demanding sometimes, but Charnika handled everything with total calm and kindness. She made sure my mom was taken care of and even went out of her way to help me too. You don’t meet people with that kind of patience and professionalism every day. If I had to sum her up in one word, it’d be awesome.
