I have worked with children for many years. I started my career with providing in home behavior therapy and now I work as a Behavior Specialist for a school district. I have been a Program Manager for in home companies, providing parent training and behavior support for children. Currently, I train school staff and parents on how to positively manage behaviors. I also conduct social skill groups and one-one behavior therapy in the school setting. I conduct behavior intervention plans for students within the district and I advocate for all of my kiddos.
