About Charmaine

Bringing joy and comfort to seniors is my passion. My experience in adult and senior care has shown me the importance of supporting independence and well-being. I have experience working with seniors with dementia or suffering from diseases such as cancer, Parkinson's Disease and AIDS. As a caregiver I offer respite care, assistance with daily needs for dressing, bathing, meal preparation and feeding, and can help with exercises to meet physical, occupational, and speech therapies. I can also provide transportation, help with errands, perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management, and provide mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and compassion. I am friendly, approachable, and follow the family's preferred methods of communication. I am reliable, trustworthy, and always have your best interests at heart.
