Charmaine is an absolutely amazing caregiver, and our family is so grateful to have found her. Our two children absolutely adore her. She is incredibly kind, patient, warm, and fully engaged with them from the moment she arrives. She keeps them happily occupied without relying on screens and has a wonderful ability to discover what each individual child enjoys. She even brings thoughtful educational materials and activities tailored to their interests, which speaks volumes about the care and effort she puts into her work. She is dependable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping children learn, play, and thrive. It's clear that caregiving isn't just a job for her - she truly cares about the children she works with. I almost didn't want to leave a review because she's currently our mother's helper, and selfishly, I didn't want to jeopardize her availability! But she deserves every bit of recognition. We are incredibly appreciative and grateful, and I recommend her without hesitation.
