Charmaine is a GEM! We have had many babysitters for our daughters, and she is our favorite sitter we have ever had! She is very caring, and you can see she truly has a passion for childcare. She followed directions very well, and always was so attentive to our daughters. She offered to bathe them, did dishes, helped with laundry. I highly recommend anyone needing a nanny/ babysitter. My girls felt super comfortable with her. We can't wait to hire her again for future babysitting.

We came across Charmaine's profile last minute and couldn't be more grateful to have crossed paths with her! Charmaine gladly showed up 15 min. before I was due to leave to become acquainted with our home, children, and dogs. She was excited to interact with the kids and they were comfortable with her presence almost instantly. I was gone for a few hours and came back to a home that was cleaner than I left it and two happy happy kiddos. A mother's dream when hiring a brand new sitter. Charmaine is so great and we truly can't wait to use her again in the near future!

Charmaine has been a godsend every time we have needed her.  She takes charge of the house and the children and never have I been anything other than pleased with her work.  Our two toddlers and teenager love when they know Charmaine is coming over.  She always has an art or creative project for our girls to do, arrives early, and ensures that the house is cleaner than she found it. We always feel at ease when we get to have Charmaine in our home and couldn't ask for better.

Our family is military and we were moved to Las Vegas when I was 6 months pregnant with our twin girls. Moving to a new city with no friends and family right before having twins was scary to say the least. Also my husband was due to leave for almost a year out of the first year and half of their lives. Insert Charmaine! She started watching them when they were 6 months old, and now she has been with us for over a year! I don't know how the heavens knew we needed specifically her, but I am eternally grateful to this site for helping us find her. 
Charmaine is so much more than a caregiver/nanny. She helped me through so many new mom issues from feeding, diaper rashes, stomach problems, tantrums, the list goes on and on. Her 28 plus years of experience make her a wealth of knowledge. 
She is the most caring human being I have ever met. Honestly, I was afraid to write this review because I don't want her to get stolen from us! But her love, passion and talents deserve to be noted.

Charmaine is an angel sent from heaven! She helped manage our crazy family for almost 2 years, which consisted of 6 children ranging in age from 14 years old to newborn. She stayed with us for 2 weeks while I recovered from delivering our youngest child. She spent the next year and a half helping transport kids to and from school, sports, Boy Scouts, etc. She was like a second mom to our baby, while mom and dad were at work. Her experience with children is second to none. She cooked wonderful dinners, did laundry, grocery shopping and other errands, as well as taking kids to doctors appointments and helping with homework. All of this was done with a smile on her face, and a desire to help in anyway she could. We were so sad when we had to move, and could no longer utilize her services. I don't know how we will survive without her. She is the best out there, and that's a promise!

Charmaine helped our family for the last two nights since our nanny has been away for a family emergency. Charmaine is organized, confident, kind and very caring. Our toddler took right to her and they have been getting along famously. Charmaine has big a big help around the kitchen. She loves to get right in there. Highly recommend her. Only one problem, we tried to book her again tomorrow and she is already taken. ;)

We are so grateful to have Charmaine as a babysitter for our young boys. She is always on time and the boys love her! I am very picky about who I find to care for our kids and with Charmaine I can leave the house feeling confident that they are in very capable hands.

My family is so grateful to have found Charmaine as a babysitter. It was my first time researching, finding and hiring a babysitter from Care.com and I couldn't be any happier. From the moment I read Charmaine's bio and reviews, I knew she was the perfect match for our family. She was very pleasant and kind when speaking with her regarding her availability. She even showed up a little early to meet the family and to go over the needs of my four month old. Being a first time mother, I felt confident and stress free leaving my newborn in her hands for a evening out. We will definitely be using Charmaine's services again!

Charmaine is still currently our nanny for our son. She started working with us when our son was 3 months old and now he is 13 months old. He absolutely loves her, and is excited to see her each day she is here. We are expanding our family, and are expecting another little one in 3 months. With the addition of a newborn and a toddler we have no concerns that Charmaine is up for the challenge. She is amazing! She cooks, cleans, takes him to Gymboree and is very reliable. She is a very loving and competent nanny who knows her way around kids. I don't have any negative comments, and would recommend her to any family who is lucky enough to have her work for them. I really don't know what we would do without her!!

Charmaine has worked for us as our afternoon nanny for 4 years. She is mature, dependable, loving, firm but fair and a tremendous addition to our family. When Charmaine started with us the kids were 11, 8 and 6 years old. As the kids age and our needs change, Charmaine adapts right along with us. Not only does she run our 3 kids around town, but she also manages to cook, clean and assist us in every aspect of keeping the household running. We have always been a FAST paced family and she takes it all in stride. Charmaine cares deeply for the better interest of each family member and sincerely loves being a nanny. She makes good decisions and we never question leaving our kids with her. We highly recommend Nanny Char!
