I'm not sure if Charlotte should be caring for infants. I was thankfully home working while she was caring for my 11 month old. Here are my concerns: *When my child was trying to open a cabinet by holding onto the door with his fingers inside the door she was leaning her knee very firmly against the door itself. I was standing right next to them and removed him. My fear was her firmness with her knee and the possibility of his fingers getting pinched. *My son had a bowel movement in his diaper and she went to lay him down letting him hit his head on his playmat. She also made the statement "I haven't changed a diaper in a long time". I chose to change him. *We were locked out of the house for a moment because she didn't realize the door was locked and she was allowing my son to bounce on a patio chair standing up against the back of it and I asked her to be careful and she replied "I'm standing right here" and I mentioned that he could fall to the left or to the right. She then began to spot him on both sides. She would likely be fine with older children. My little one is very busy and needs to be safe. I would not recommend her for children under 3 since she menythats usually the age group she works with at her local YMCA.
