About Charlotte

I have 10+ years of childcare experience with children of all ages and I have a 3-year-old son so I'm very comfortable caring for littles. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology w/ a focus on Childhood Development and Childhood Education. I completed some grad school in Special Education w/ an emphasis on Applied Behavioral Analysis. I also have 3 years of work experience as a Registered Behavior Technician providing intervention for ages infant-adulthood w/ disabilities. I'm very responsible, patient and compassionate. I live an active, healthy lifestyle. I'm passionate about being a positive role model for children and a reliable and trustworthy support for parents. My last role was software engineering at a financial instuition but I was recently let go due to company wide layoffs.
