About Charlotte

With nearly a decade of experience working with children, I bring dedication, compassion, and a deep understanding of early childhood development to every classroom. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Studies from Bowie State University and am currently serving as a Special Education paraprofessional for Pre-K 3 and 4 with DC Public Schools. I am passionate about creating inclusive, nurturing environments where all children can thrive and reach their full potential. My colleagues and families often say they enjoy working with me because of my positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and genuine care for each child's growth.
