About Charlotte

It’s honestly hard to put into words how much Charlotte has meant to our family over the last 3+ years. She started with us when our oldest was just 3 months old and stayed with us through the newborn stage with our second son. Hiring her was absolutely one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Charlotte has such a special gift with children (and animals, too!). She is incredibly patient, loving, creative, and dependable. She never just “watched” our boys—she truly engaged with them. She was always coming up with fun crafts, games, sensory activities, and adventures without us ever having to ask. She goes above and beyond in every way. She is also incredibly organized, flexible, and reliable. Our schedules have changed more times than I can count, and Charlotte was always willing to adapt and help however she could. She made our lives easier in so many ways. What makes Charlotte so special is the genuine love and care she pours into the families she works with. She cared for our boys as if they were her own and became so much more than a nanny to us—she became family. Leaving your kids with someone else is never easy, but with Charlotte we never had to worry. We always knew they were safe, loved, and genuinely happy when they were with her. Charlotte has been such an important part of our lives. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her, and I can’t recommend her highly enough.
