About Charlotte

I have had 3 years of experience at Kid's Factory working with so many different kinds of children and been babysitting for around 5 years as well - from stubborn to easy going, I have an appreciation for all different personalities and enjoy figuring out what is best for them and getting to know them. I have extreme patience and really prefer the trouble makers! They keep me on my toes and I always take them as a challenge. I am very laid back, and cooperative and love cleaning and organizing on the side of course!! meal prep is a given as well. I always have full respect and always consider the kids feelings and actions and always have open arms and ears no matter what. I love being outside an active as much as possible and have no problem being at the park or pool all day everyday. right now i'm looking to work monday-friday and Saturday is always open if i'm needed.
