About Charlotte

Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. For the last 10 years, I've provided in-home health, personal, dementia, hospice, respite, and live-in care. As a Home Health Aide, I'm skilled in all aspects of care, and I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. My college degree equipped me with a solid foundation for understanding the needs of those I serve. I'm known for my patient and compassionate nature, and I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for each individual. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I keep families informed with regular updates via text or phone, always following their preferred method. Supporting well-being and independence is deeply rewarding, and I look forward to bringing my experience and heart to your family.
