Hi, I'm Charlotte! I have been a nanny both part, and full-time, for over 8 years. My goal is to spend all day outside. I strongly believe kids are happiest and healthiest when spending more time in nature and engaging in imaginative play. Providing kids with an enriching experience through art, exercise, and exploring nature is my focus. I have a gentle approach with children, and I help reinforce emotional regulation, and confident and kind attitudes and behavior. What a day might look like for your child: -nature hike -playing at stream, river, lake -playground -local library/nature programs -visiting the zoo, aquarium, etc -building forts/fairy houses -crafts -plant identification -lunch, reading, rest -optional preschool/kinder learning Ideally I would be out with your child most of the day, with the option to be home in bad weather/for rest time. I am comfortable running errands for you or helping with appointments when needed. I'm looking for full days, 2/3 days a week!

Charlotte was the best thing that happened to our family during the pandemic. Charlotte was our nanny for a year. She helped us with our two little ones. She was more than a nanny to us though, she became family. She would help clean up our house, she would help meal prep, she constantly folded the kids laundry. She came up with activities of her own for the kids whether it be cooking something healthy, planning an outing, having a holiday party with games, she helped my son with all sorts of learning activities and helped my daughter with her speech and occupational therapy goals. She was the very best friend my children could have. Charlotte has a very special way with kids and I wish I could "mother" as well as she could. She taught me so much during her time here. We were only planning on keeping a nanny for a few months during the height of Covid; however, she was so amazing we kept her for a lot longer. She moved which is why she isn't still with us! I would rehire her again!
